  • Refunds for deposits are subject to the terms in your booking agreement.

  • We reserve the right to charge cancellation fees as applicable.

Capacity Limits: Each event space has a maximum occupancy. Guests must comply with posted limits for safety reasons.

 

Use of Premises: The space must be used only for the purposes outlined in your booking agreement. Any illegal or unauthorized activity is strictly prohibited.

 

Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to property or equipment caused during their event. Additional fees may apply for repairs or cleaning.

 

Suppliers and Vendors: Outside vendors may be used with prior approval. The Muellner Building is not responsible for the actions of third-party vendors.

 

4. Website Use

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website for personal or business purposes related to event booking.

 

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:
